Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through American Bee Farm (americanbeefarm.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, processing may take longer. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen delivery speed.

  • Free or flat-rate shipping may be offered on certain promotions (details will be stated on the product or checkout page).

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery times within the continental U.S. are 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain items (such as bulk honey barrels).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging so we can file a claim.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery, but we will work with you and the carrier to attempt resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds. If the order is returned to us, we may reship at your expense.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
