At American Bee Farm, we take pride in the quality of our honey and bee-related products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of honey and related food products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the product/package.
After review, we may issue:
A replacement product, or
A refund to the original payment method.
Conditions
Refund or replacement requests made after 3 calendar days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
Customers may be asked to return the unused portion or original packaging for inspection, depending on the situation.
Legal Compliance (California Law)
This policy complies with California Civil Code Section 1723, which requires businesses to clearly disclose their refund and return policy. If no policy is posted, customers may be entitled to return items within 7 days. By posting this policy, American Bee Farm limits returns to the terms stated above.
